SCMS:PROTECT is a simple and direct tool that takes care of the targeted information of citizens for every emergency, whether it is a risk, or simple information with the possibility of crisis response instructions. PROTECT, with a special license obtained from mobile phone operating companies, has the ability to notify of critical events even when the mobile is in DND (Do-Not-Disturb) mode or even with the volume turned off by the switch (iOS/iPhone only).
