DAILY REQUESTS

SCMS:CLINE is the tool that every municipality needs to receive and manage everyday requests. Through CLINE, the municipality receives user requests from multiple means such as its website or its mobile application but also from offline means such as by telephone or in person.

The system routes the request to the competent service where it is registered and assigned for response - processing. At each stage, the interested party receives information on their progress and development.

Requests are managed from a web-based environment to which the certified competent employees of the municipality have access.
