One of the biggest problems that every municipality is called upon to solve is the immediate and correct informing of the public about events and actions carried out both by municipal enterprises and by associations or even private individuals who operate within its borders. SCMS:CULTURE is the ultimate, truly modern tool that allows the immediate registration, management, publication of all events that take place in a municipality through simple and direct procedures. In addition, it is completed with extensions such as eTicket, Stream and Funding that allow for comprehensive ticket management and the management of club funding requests through electronic processes only.

The registration of the events is done directly by the organizer with the corresponding access permission. The publication in the calendars and the application is made after approval by the municipality.

Each event space has its own characteristics such as location, capacity, ownership, handicap accessibility and the ability to tag with a bluetooth BLE beacon.

All events are presented in a single calendar for easy selection of dates for new actions.
